In January 2016, Prof. Spiro Pollalis and his associates in collaboration with Osmani were commissioned by the Lahore Knowledge Park Company (LKPC) to undertake the master plan design of Lahore Knowledge Park (LKP) in Lahore, Pakistan. LKP is occupying an area of 2,827,700 m² (700 acres) on the outskirts of the city. Prof. Pollalis and his planning team worked as chief planners in this project, implementing the best practices of sustainable urban planning while re-thinking the concept of science parks.
