The project is about the redevelopment of the initial 17-acre parcel of Warrensville Heights which aims to create a spectrum of urban living choices on a neighborhood scale tailored to the City’s varied constituencies. The vibrancy of the new Town Center will spur private development in later phases and can function as an autonomous development if further expansion phases prove feasible, or serve as a template for the development of adjoining parcels in subsequent phases.
